Smith Construction Services, Inc. is a General Contracting company that offers complete construction management services from design to lot development through all stages of construction.  We have been building in Pagosa Springs since 1999 and are also licensed in California and New Mexico. We offer complete design services, project entitlement work and civil engineering.  We have an administrative office conveniently located in downtown Pagosa Springs.  Our staff consists of Chris Smith the owner, Tom Riedberger the controller, and Tom Davey the Marketing Director.  We have several field employees including Job Superintendents and their assistants.  Smith Construction Services, Inc. also operates a construction recycling business and a specialty deck installation service.

We are the manufacturer’s preferred builder/dealer for Woodhouse Timber Frame Homes out of Pennsylvania, which is a high end Traditional Timber Frame supplier.  They claim to offer one of the finest home packages available.  Their sister company, Murus panels, is the manufacturer of the finest urethane structurally insulated panels on the market today.

Smith Construction Services, Inc. is also the preferred builder/dealer for Precision Craft Log Homes and Century Cedar Log Homes.  We have chosen these three companies to represent due to their fine products and to the cross section they allow us to offer our customers.  Century Cedar Log Homes is a level “D” Log supplier for homes generally in the $250,000 to $500,000 price range.  Precision Craft Log Homes are typically Swedish Cope and would lend itself to a home in the $400,000 to $1,000,000 price range.  Woodhouse then is our highest quality product with an extremely high level of efficiency and quality for homes ranging in price from $500,000 and up.
